Think of Mulan's Lunar New Year Procession as parade adjacent. The procession will start in Hollywood Land near Guardians of the Galaxy Mission: BREAKOUT! and then make its way through the park and end in Paradise Gardens near Boardwalk Pizza & Pasta. Good viewing spots can be found anywhere along the parade route.

Not a must see but very enjoyable and unique. It's a lot of fun.
