What should you know?

Salt & Straw is a small chain of trendy gourmet ice cream shops. The line to order can be long, but it moves fast thanks to a small army of employees awaiting your order. It's expensive, but Salt & Straw is easily the best ice cream in Disney Springs. Flavors include Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons, Double Fold Vanilla, Chocolate Gooey Brownie, and many others. It may be hard to decide, but you can't go wrong with any of them.

What are the specialties?

Traditional flavors are available (Chocolate Gooey Brownie, Double Fold Vanilla) as well as some unique flavors you may not expect to find in ice cream (Black Olive Brittle & Goat Cheese). We love the Sea Salt with Caramel Ribbons. Seasonal flavors come and go every month and they are usually fantastic.
