What should you know?

The food is well above average for theme park eats, and the setting provides a pleasant retreat. The spanakopita dip isn’t far off from T.G.I. Friday’s spinach dip, but the meze platter and deep-fried shrimp sushi roll are satisfying. Your best bets among the entrées are the cranberry pork chop (one of Seth’s favorite entrées on property); a bacon cheeseburger; the Fork, Knife and Spoon Grilled Cheese (Derek Burgan’s recommendation); or the seasonal mushroom risotto

What’s it like inside?

A grottolike atmosphere suggests that you’re eating in a cave. Large picture windows, framed by water cascading down from waterfalls on top of the restaurant, look out over the central lagoon to The Incredible Hulk Coaster. You can time your meal by coaster launchings.
