What’s it like inside?

This white-tiled quick-service marketplace in the Sapphire Falls Resort lobby is far smaller than the food hall at Aventura next door, but it manages to pack a lot of options—including Cuban and grilled veggie sandwiches, tropical salads, specialty smoothies, and lattes blended with the house brew—into a small space. The eatery also doubles as a grab-and-go market for snacks and sundries, where you can secure s’mores kits for the pool’s fire pit. About the only thing there isn’t space for is seating, with only a handful of stools along a bar, so plan on eating on the run or bringing food back to your room. New Dutch Trading Co. opens at 6 a.m. for breakfast and stays open until 11 p.m., so you can refill the Coke Freestyle mugs available here.
