What should you know?

This tiny booth outside Cafe La Bamba (home to VIP tour lunches and special events) attracts long lines with the smell of its made-to-order fancy French pancakes. You can make one into a light lunch by filling it with pesto chicken and goat cheese, barbecue brisket and coleslaw, or vegan “sausage” and “cheese.” The dessert versions—stuffed with lemon curd and blueberries, Nutella and strawberries, or Oreo mascarpone—are big enough to share. Only soft drinks are served here, so step across the street to the bar on Cafe La Bamba’s left side for a mimosa or wine to wash your crepe down.
